The Elumenati, an inventive immersive visualization firm, partnered with DuKode to prototype a 3D-simulated earthquake-prone subduction zone in a global context. The simulation illustrates how interdependent factors in Earth’s geological system influence each other. The prototype, commissioned by Pearson Education, was demonstrated at the October 2011 Annual Meeting of the Geological Society of America. A few production screenshots are below
