Joseph Beer

Joseph Beer (he / him pronouns) is the technical director for The Great Tit is a Bird, for which he is developing code to translate facial motion capture (mocap) data. Joseph is also a researcher for Policy, Inc., a nonprofit policy advocacy organization that engages policymakers to shape and implement criminal justice reform policies that eliminate harsh and ineffective laws negatively impacting communities of color and low income populations. Joseph recently discovered a passion for computer science and eagerly anticipates exploring opportunities in the digital world.
